Pressing Instructions:

• Pre Press Garment 
• Press at 300-310 Degrees Fahrenheit 10-15 seconds with HEAVY PRESSURE
• Hot/Warm peel 
• Cover with Teflon sheet 
• Press again for 8-10 seconds

Please note: Degree and time may vary based heat press.
